Mtn Hive is a new prototype for workforce housing to alleviate demand in high-rent resort communities.

The 116,000-SF design is an all-inclusive co-living space providing contemporary housing options for working professionals in the Vail Valley, CO. Working with Move Matter, the project is located on a steeped site mediating the commercial core and surrounding natural landscape. Tailored to fit the local needs of the workforce market, shared spaces are envisioned to serve the outward-bound residents of the project as well as the surrounding community. Mtn Hive includes 221 furnished micro-apartments and vibrant communal areas throughout.
