Michelle Schneider

Michelle joined ARO in 2023 and is currently working on Launch Expeditionary Learning Charter School’s new high school on Floyd Bennett Field. Michelle brings five years of residential, commercial, and institutional experience prior to ARO, working at SCHAUM/SHIEH in Houston, TX and Paul Coughlin + Annie Scheel Architects in Brooklyn, New York. She also has non-profit design and public art experience. Michelle has served as a teaching assistant at Rice University, has written for Yale University’s Paprika! and been employed for academic work at Office e.g. and HOME-OFFICE. Michelle has participated in exhibition work for The Venice Biennale and The Architectural League Prize. Michelle holds a B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University and an M.Arch from Rice University with international studies in Paris, France.
