ARO is overseeing the upgrade and expansion of Dia Art Foundation’s locations in New York City and Beacon, as part of a comprehensive, multi-year plan to strengthen Dia’s mission, program, and resources.

ARO prepared studies to renovate Dia Beacon’s lower floor level to add new exhibition space within the existing envelope of the building. The project improved art and archive storage, introduced an archival research space, and established new lighting and HVAC systems.
