Building a Better Dumpling

New York Magazine’s Hannah Goldfield asked ARO’s Nora Yoo and Drew Powers, two dumpling-obsessed architects, if the blueprint of a soup dumpling could be improved upon. Nora and Drew shared their thoughts on the architectural brilliance of the traditional design, as well as a few innovative yet respectful ideas for building a better dumpling.
