ARO an ILFI Just Organization

ARO is an ILFI Just organization. A voluntary disclosure tool and measurement framework for social justice issues and policies in organizations, the JUST program is a call to action and tool for self-accountability. In addition to our existing Social Equity Group, Materials Working Group, and Zero-Waste initiatives, we are committed to being a more transparent, equitable, and socially just organization. Our label codifies our values and policies, and allows us to rigorously evaluate and improve upon our ongoing actions.
